Very Large Belgian Oil on Canvas Street Scene 1931?

Measuring 91 x 77.5 cm including the frame.

If you have the wall space this is a fabulous painting!

Signed lower right and I think with the number 31, so dating to 1931 possibly.

It will be sold with the frame which does have lots of small knocks, if you don’t want the frame I can post without it.

I love the colour palette the artist has chosen and this is another one of those paintings that I couldn’t let go of straight away!
