French 19th Century Oil Painting on wood panel by Marius Barthalot 1861-1955

A staggeringly beautiful painting by Marius Barthalot ( 1861-1955 ).

The detail is exceptionally painted. It depicts a green cruche on too of a barrel with a glass bottke, another cruche, melon and a corn on the stone floor.

Signed top right.

Dimensions 21.5 x 16 cm. It has had a layer of varnish.
