British 1920’s Oil on Canvas Painting. Portrait of a Woman

A wonderful Bloomsbury-esque painting measuring 44 x 33.5 cm.

The face is so well painted as is her fabulous brooch and bow on her hat.

There are two holes and an intendation mark but that didn’t stop me for a second buying her.

When I first studied her face I thought she may be slightly austere but now I realise she has really kind eyes.

I’ll be equally happy to keep this one if it doesn’t sell!
